• Private Properties may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Private Properties’ interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
• Private Properties acts as an Agent for the Owners of holiday properties and may disclose details of a guest to the owners of a property booked by that guest.
