Via the library, guests enter the formal 10-seater dining room/living area that opens to a large entertaining courtyard with BBQ and alfresco dining facilities. Adjacent to the formal sitting room is a more casual room, which provides a cosy winter lounge and is close to the gourmet kitchen and more casual dining area.

Each of the four double bedrooms opens to a private outside area and each has its own ensuite bathroom.

The studio (including kitchenette and bathroom) is separated from the house by a covered walkway and boasts beautiful tree-top views of the river valley from a balcony. Downstairs is a games room with a lounging area, pool table and large-screen TV.
