Step out onto the balcony in the morning and take in the brilliant blue sky overhead and the sunshine sparkling on the ocean. Or relax on the deck at dusk as the fading light transforms the sky into delicate shades of pink and purple. Come winter, you’ll enjoy watching spectacular storm clouds roll in while you stay snug by the fire.

Perched high on Yallingup hill, The Lookout boasts a 180-degree panorama from Cape Naturaliste in the north to Canal Rocks in the south. There’s character in this home; a unique combination of cosy lodge and airy coastal retreat. On the one hand, there are exposed wood beams, a big collection of comfortable sofas, rugs in deep red and burnt orange, and a wood fire ready to crackle away. On the other, you have high ceilings, huge doors, and charming pops of nautical décor and beachy artwork which adds to the coastal ambience.

On the ground level, the open plan living area flows effortlessly onto the deck via bifold doors, and it’s here you’ll find the main living rooms, and a separate TV room with kitchenette. Mid-level, there’s a bedroom, kitchen and laundry, plus access to the back garden, and on the top level you have three bedrooms and a lounge area. The master bedroom takes prime position with an enviable view that can easily be seen easily from your pillow. Just imagine waking up here and watching the surf.

Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a venue e.g. for a wedding or party. Functions and gatherings are strictly not permitted and if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
