With an ocean view from almost every room, this is a perfect holiday house. One or two families can be accommodated comfortably in the four-bedroom, two-bathroom set up, and there are two separate living areas – one downstairs and one upstairs (both with TV facilities).
Guests who prefer wood fires in winter will enjoy the pot belly fire and everyone will want to try their hand at a coffee using the La Cimbali coffee machine. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning upstairs adds to the extra comfort.
Family activities are only limited by the imagination, with safe swimming, fishing, crabbing and beachcombing right on the doorstep. The historic Busselton Jetty and Underwater Observatory are just a beach walk away, or there is plenty of outdoor furniture allowing guests to make the most of this idyllic seaside position.
All you need to do is relax, kick off your shoes and stroll across the lawn on to the white sand. A family holiday in this house will always be remembered.

It’s an ironman’s mecca, an aquatic playground by day and a lively city centre at night. It really does offer something for everyone! At the northern gateway to the Margaret River Wine Region, Busselton is an ideal starting point for a visit to Australia’s South-West.
The house was immaculately clean... There was loads of room for the kids to run around, play cricket and ride their bikes when they weren’t at the beach... What a fabulous location – absolute beach front and so close to town.
