The Property

At the heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that opens onto a large timber deck with spectacular ocean views. Natural light fills the home, highlighting a soft, coastal interior palette that complements the surrounds. The home sleeps up to nine guests, with a master suite overlooking the ocean, two Queen bedrooms, and a kids’ room with a tri-bunk. Thoughtfully designed, the layout offers the perfect blend of privacy and connection for families and groups.

The Surrounds

Step off the deck and straight onto the sand – this is absolute beachfront living. A bike and pedestrian path from the house winds along the dunes, past The Cut golf course and Dawesville Cut, and stretches for miles along the estuary.

Located just south of Mandurah, you’re only minutes from local attractions. Enjoy a round of golf next door, or head into town for shopping, a walk along the foreshore, or dinner overlooking the water. Mandurah’s growing food scene features everything from casual coastal cafés to craft breweries and fresh seafood spots.
