Solar passive design ensures this house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Expansive sliding doors allow the gentle valley breeze to flow through in the summer, and in the winter, the glass will soak up the sunshine plus there's underfloor heating throughout and a wood fire to keep you warm. Timber features throughout this home in the beautiful cabinetry, stylish pivot-swing doors and even the ceiling fans!

Boomerang has two wings with a breezeway / alfresco in the centre. The eastern wing houses the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with the master bedroom and ensuite at the far end. The western wing houses the second and third bedrooms, compactly designed queens, a shared bathroom and a second living room with wide screen TV.

The alfresco features a built-in BBQ, and with all the sliding doors open you'll feel connected to the whole home from this spot.
