Pet-friendly holiday homes in
WA’s South West
When you want to take your four-legged fur baby on holiday with you, we have a portfolio of Pet Friendly holiday homes in the Margaret River region.
Some have enclosed gardens for the pooch, others have acreage for them to run about, and plenty are only a short walk from the coast, where you can let them burn off some of that exuberant canine energy, on the sand or in the water.
Our opinion is that just because you’re taking your pet on holiday doesn’t mean you have to miss out on sophisticated accommodation. Start daydreaming and planning your next break in these gorgeous holiday homes.
Stone & Wood
Emulating the pastel hues of an Indian Ocean sunset, Stone & Wood on Yallingup hill is a breathtaking holiday home that’s designed to soak in glorious seaside views. Located a short walk from Yallingup Lagoon and overlooking the Indian Ocean’s deep blue sea, Stone & Wood is primed for lovers of sand, surf and style. Split across three levels, this architect-designed abode features a cool mix of slatted wood, smooth concrete and trendy furniture pieces that are smart and suave. If you’re happy, your pooch will be very happy here too.
Summer of 81
Coastal chic right by the beach, your pooch will love staying here. Playful, nostalgic, refined. Summer of 81 is a holiday home unlike any other, blending the best of 20th century design originals with lux comfort and considered quality appointments, all set in a superb location. Stroll across to the pristine shores of Geographe Bay for morning walks and sunset swims. Relax during the day on the sun lounges by the pool in the warmer months, or sink into the sumptuous lounges by the fire in the cooler months. Guests love the master retreat on the upper level with it’s spacious living area and balcony with superb views across the bay. Full fenced so it’s perfect for your furry friend.
Marribrae
This stunning rural retreat in Yallingup is quite possibly the most luxurious pet friendly holiday home in Western Australia. The spacious 6 bedroom home rests on a hillside overlooking the picturesque Gunyulgup Valley and lake. Adults, children and four-legged friends alike will love exploring the 8 acre property and your dog may even like a swim in the dam. This is the best of country living with views from every room, lounge room with fireplace and a home theatre room, a sparkling pool, terraced lawns, various alfresco areas for dining and relaxing, an outdoor pizza oven plus trampoline, swings and sandpit for the kids. At Marribrae you are well located to explore iconic beaches and indulge at regional wineries and breweries.
Nikabel Beach House
This is it! Family-friendly, pet-friendly, a quintessential ‘down south’ beach house. With its pretty blue-boarded exterior, white posts, long verandah, and just a short stroll from Dunsborough foreshore, Nikabel is all kinds of summer joy. Let the kids, and your pooch, muck around on the enclosed back lawn with sandy bare feet in the warmer months or kick back by the indoor fire in winter. Everyone will love it here. There’s a fish cleaning area too, if you want to catch a fresh dinner for yourself.
